We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in a small village on the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the ski bus right outside the hotel made it incredibly convenient for us to go skiing. The service and staff were top-notch, always friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and special. The hotel restaurant and bar had a lovely atmosphere, and the food was delicious - from the elegant dinners with multiple options to choose from, to the delightful breakfasts with a great selection of local products. The wellness facilities were amazing, probably the best we have ever experienced. The intimate and quiet spa area allowed us to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. we had a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel.

Great location for winter/summer activities with easy access to the village and the main ski lift. Friendly staff focused on customer experience. the culinary experience was fantastic with a vast five-course menu.

The internet connection was slow, and the process to use it with multiple devices was inconvenient. the parking near the hotel was small.

The hotel is located in a prime spot on a hill in an idyllic ski area, with the village center and main ski lift just 7 minutes away on foot. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping, modern bathrooms, and a small safe. the food is genuinely remarkable, with a big variety of well-prepared dishes served up every evening. Guests can relax in the pool or sauna anytime they like, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Language barriers could be a minor challenge for non-German speaking guests.
